The Save Ardmore Coalition

The "Save Ardmore" Coalition is a grassroots organization dedicated to the revitalization of Ardmore’s business district based on community input, consensus building, sound and comprehensive planning, and the preservation of our architectural heritage.

SAC opposes Redevelopment Option B, recently approved by Lower Merion Township, and any redevelopment plan that involves the demolition of historic buildings and the use of eminent domain to acquire such buildings for the purpose of demolition.

We are dedicated to providing information about eminent domain abuse and historic preservation to other citizens, and welcome your help to reach these goals. We have retained counsel to pursue our legal claims, and need your donations to fund our legal action and our community awareness activities.

Membership in the "Save Ardmore" Coalition is free and is open to all who share our goals. Completed membership forms and donations (non-deductible for IRS purposes) to support SAC's mission, including the costs of litigation and community outreach, will be gladly accepted at SAC, P.O. Box 453, Ardmore PA 19003-0453.
